Identificar seu ritmo (pace) é fundamental para construir um objetivo na corrida e trabalhar para alcançá-lo. Como um guia, a calculadora de performance te ajuda a compreender seus limites, identificar a melhor velocidade para seu treino e até o momento certo de se alimentar durante um treino.
Além disso, saber o ritmo necessário para avançar cada quilômetro e alcançar o tempo pretendido irá mantê-lo mais tranquilo antes e no início de uma competição.
Calcule seu pace de acordo com a distância ou meta para correr. Após escolher a distância e o intervalo de ritmo, os dados constroem uma tabela como a mostrada abaixo.
No exemplo, foi escolhido uma projeção de tempo para uma prova ou treino 16 km com um pace entre 4min e 5min.
