Na reportagem de treinamento da edição 151, da Revista O2, nós mostramos para você como é possível sair dos 5 km direto para os 21 km. Nela, apresentamos dicas a serem seguidas, além de uma planilha para auxiliar no seu treinamento. E para completar a sua preparação, entrevistamos o treinador Luciano Sanchez, da Academia Bio Ritmo, que mostrou como fazer mais quatro exercícios de fortalecimento para dar esse salto gigante na corrida.
No vídeo ele mostra como fazer os exercícios de forma correta e divide as séries em duas combinações, que devem ser feitas três vezes por semana, em quatro séries de 15 repetições para cada movimento. Assista ao vídeo abaixo:
