Se você se sente completamente dolorido depois da musculação, saiba que isso deve ser motivo de alegria. Sim, você não leu errado. A dor pós-treino significa que aconteceram danos musculares e, o que a primeira vista parece ruim, na verdade é algo positivo.
"Quando as fibras musculares sofrem essas microlesões causadas pelo treino muscular, o organismo começa a trabalhar para reconstruí-las. A partir daí, ele passa a produzir mais fibras. Dessa vez mais fortes, para evitar que sejam danificadas novamente", explica Fabiano Braun, treinador da Assessoria Esportiva Floripa Runners.
Segundo o treinador, as dores do primeiro dia de academia não podem ser evitadas e somente exercícios aeróbicos podem ajudar a preparar melhor o corpo para a musculação. Mesmo assim, as micro-lesões musculares acontecerão e causarão dor. “O melhor a ser feito para se recuperar, rapidamente, das dores é ter um bom descanso após o treino, se hidratar bastante e manter uma dieta equilibrada, rica em proteínas, carboidratos, minerais e vitaminas”, orienta Braun que garante, dessa forma, um músculo mais bem preparado para o próximo dia de treinamento.
