Swim Care: avaliação de nado com filmagem 360º

O Swim Care é um teste de avaliação da mecânica de nado, que pode ser feito por nadadores de todos os níveis e triatletas na clínica paulistana Care Club.

Ele é feito em uma piscina com um canal de fluxo de água contínuo, em que o atleta é filmado em 360º enquanto nada. Depois, o treinador Wanderley Santos, passa ao nadador os principais erros e acertos na piscina, além de uma avaliação completa da mecânica e os passos necessários para melhorar a performance na água.
